Managed IT Support
Our specially designed support packages can be tailored for your business’s specific needs. Depending on the package we put in place for you and no matter where your business is located, our technicians will phone you and use a dedicated remote support platform to work with you to resolve the issue you are experiencing. Where necessary we can then book a site visit if this is needed.
Pay As You Go IT Support
For those not wishing to commit to a monthly contract – simply pay for the service you need. Our pay as you go support operates on a simple hourly rate and can be used for any IT requirement you have, not just IT support. You can purchase a block of time which will give you full access to our extensive IT support team when required.
Emergency IT Support
If you don’t have an IT support contract in place and something goes wrong, you will be in need of our reactive ICT support. Whether it be a failed hard drive or a server that will not power on we can remotely work or attend site and invoice for the services undertaken.
