Business Continuity Plan
Dear Customers,
We know your business depends on Cherry Orange’s ability to provide reliable, uninterrupted service, so in light of the recent developments around Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), we would like to share with you the measures we are taking to ensure service continuity.
- Where possible, we will be performing all work “remote”
- We will be avoiding any physical contact if undertaking emergency work on-site and may request that areas are kept clear from staff
- Collection and delivery of equipment will be without physical contact; it will be set up ready for remote deployment if any configuration is required
- Members of staff & external parties involved are fully equipped for home working if required
