1How long will a support request response take?
Support requests are prioritised in our system depending on the severity of the issue and contract type your business is on. All support requests get acknowledged within 15 minutes in standard business hours.
2 What are your working hours?
Our standard office working hours are 9 to 5 Monday to Friday, Our call centre staff operated from 8:30 5:30 so that you can log tickets ready for when we start and in case you just miss us at the end of the day. The ticket system is monitored continuously but only actioned if you are 24-7-365 customer, tickets are actioned in the standard working hours.
3How long will my quote take?
Depending on the quote, it can take from two hours to five working days to get pricing. This timescale can be due to distributors, pricing changes and the complexity of the software licensing model required.
4What should I do if my business is "system down"?
Call and raise a support ticket and inform them the site is down. If you are a 24-7-365 customer and the issue is not in working hours, you can call your dedicated phonenumber that is on your contract paperwork.
