Pay As You Go IT Support
For those not wishing to commit to a monthly contract - simply pay for the service you need. Our pay as you go support operates on a simple hourly rate and can be used for any IT requirement you have, not just IT support.
You can purchase a block of time which will give you full access to our extensive IT support team when required.
Emergency IT Support
If you don’t have an IT support contract in place and something goes wrong, you will be in need of our reactive ICT support. Whether it be a failed hard drive or a server that will not power on we can remotely work or attend site and invoice for the services undertaken.
If you continue to get higher than expected support costs for your business, then it will be worth going to one of our support packages as these are oriented at keeping your systems running with minimal downtime for a simple monthly fee.
