Pay As You Go IT Support


For those not wishing to commit to a monthly contract - simply pay for the service you need. Our pay as you go support operates on a simple hourly rate and can be used for any IT requirement you have, not just IT support.


You can purchase a block of time which will give you full access to our extensive IT support team when required.


Emergency IT Support


If you don’t have an IT support contract in place and something goes wrong, you will be in need of our reactive ICT support. Whether it be a failed hard drive or a server that will not power on we can remotely work or attend site and invoice for the services undertaken.


If you continue to get higher than expected support costs for your business, then it will be worth going to one of our support packages as these are oriented at keeping your systems running with minimal downtime for a simple monthly fee.


Fixed price annual support

For a fixed price we will support your system, including time on site, call outs, parts and labour.

Loan equipment

Where your equipment requires repairs or replacements, we can loan you equipment to ensure your business continues running smoothly and with minimal interruption.

Unrestricted telephone and remote support

We provide unrestricted ability to talk to one of our support technicians who can remotely access your system to resolve the issues you are experiencing.

On-site response for network issues

Our extensively trained engineers can be with you on site within hours of a major network issues and whole system fault. Once on-site they will work with you to keep your downtime to a minimum allowing you to be back up and running your business as soon as possible

24/7 remote monitoring

Continual monitoring of your servers from our central midlands location can often identify problems before they even interrupt your systems. Repairs and upgrades can often be done without you even being aware that anything is wrong.

Scheduled visits by an assigned engineer to your premises for a few hours either weekly or monthly, can provide a set amount of time where none urgent issues can be dealt with or new systems explained.
