Fujitsu has launched ScanSnap Cloud, adding the feature to its eponymous range of scanners and giving customers an even more convenient and faster way to send scanned images straight to cloud services.

ScanSnap Cloud enables user to scan documents directly from Fujitsu ScanSnap iX500 or iX100 directly to any cloud service, without needing to be connected to a PC or mobile device. Services such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox and several other services are fully supported. The software now comes free with every ScanSnap scanner and can be downloaded from Fujitsu’s website.

This quick and simple way to store documents is ideal for busy professionals, in the blue light and legal sectors for example, who might want to scan documents and make them available to colleagues as quickly as possible.
