We are delighted to announce that we recently added a new exclusive service to our Cherry Orange client portal. All our clients have personalised access to the specialist portal where they have clear visibility of their account including recently raised support tickets, invoice information and quotes as well as the new PROJECTS feature with up to date information on current projects that we are working on for our clients.


The new “MY PROJECTS” facility allows our clients clear and informative access to every stage of a company’s projects. From the initial idea and discussions with clients, throughout implementation and even after the project is complete, this area is always available to view and unique to the project being undertaken. It provides clear details of the projects aims and requirements and shows when each step is completed giving details of the tasks required and how the project is progressing with the ability to give feedback and upload files relevant to each stage.


Our client portal is an ongoing project for us here at Cherry Orange and it has been developed with assistance and feedback from our clients. It enables them to quickly and clearly access the information they require to support them with their everyday business requirements. Providing immediate visibility of all current and historic invoices, tickets and services along with the ability to reprint these documents which has provided hugely advantageous to our clients. The ability to order additional services, register new domains and change payment details saves much needed time allowing you concentrate on running your business to the best of your ability.
